Our world is toxic

Over 10,000 NEW chemicals introduced in the last 20 years. All you have to do is read the label on your food, personal care products, drive a car, walk outside and you can see the exposure to pollutants and chemicals has reached an all time high.

Our body is actually designed to eliminate toxins.  However there is a point at which when overload occurs AND the body runs out of the necessary nutrients to detox itself. You have to have all the right nutrients in place before your body can do what it does naturally.

Do I need to take a multi vitamin?
