Go Tropical! Blend Pineapple, fresh or frozen, (unsweetened) and mix with 6-8 ounces of unsweetened coconut milk. You can also use Almond Milk (unsweetened) and add in 1 T coconut oil for flavor and added fat to boost your fat burning. Blend with 1 scoop Right Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
